La gastronomía de Bogotá de verdad es sorprende, yo quedé fascinado tanto con la estructura de los restaurantes como con la comida y el nivel de servicio.
Uno de mis preferidos fue el Harry Sasson, este lugar es una mansión estilo Toscana, posee un anexo de cristal con madera detrás que aparte de arquitectónicamente está mortal es el mejor lugar para sentarte a almorzar o tomar un trago en el bar.
El ambiente que respiras en Harry Sasson Bogotá te deja boquiabierto. De los restaurantes que visité en Bogotá para mí fue uno de los mejores, este lugar se le nota que no es improvisado, ha ganado entre los Latin American 50 best restaurant.
El menú es bien amplio pues abarca desde comida latino Americana, europea, Asiática y japonesa, destacándose como uno de los platos insignia, el Slow braised pork belly from the robata grill and orange mustard, en mi experiencia me incliné por el cordero y les puedo decir que no me equivoqué, la cocción, presentación y el sabor de este plato me hizo querer volver.
El chef es el mismo Harry Sasson y en la parte de postres cuenta con un reconocido chef especializado en bakery de nombre Luis Carlos Olaya.
El lugar está abierto todos los días de 12:00 P:M a 12:00 A:M pero OJO, los domingos solo están abiertos de 12:00 a 3:00 P:M
Harry Sasson en Bogotá posee una carta extensa de vinos y la verdad los camareros están bien preparados a la hora de recomendarte un buen plato o un buen vino, se nota el entrenamiento que les dan y eso a la hora de un cliente visitar un lugar así, te deja mucho que decir.
Para visitar este restaurante debes hacer reserva pues la verdad visita mucha gente, inclusive si es día de semana, ya que se juntan muchos ejecutivos jóvenes a un after work y ya los fines de semanas pues encuentras mas familias y grupos.

I live in low-cost senior apartments, so we are charged $10 initially, and $5 per month to opt out. I was told by PG&E that the cost is for the meter readers.
